The CAandPrecedent Board and Homeowner App provides a streamlined platform for Board Members and homeowners within managed Associations that have opted for this service. This application enhances accessibility by allowing users to engage with their Association’s website functionalities via a mobile app, eliminating the need for web browser logins.

Through the app, homeowners can conveniently pay assessments, access important documents, retrieve necessary forms, and monitor their account status. Board Members gain added capabilities to approve invoices where applicable, review financial records, and keep track of Association reports.

For those who already possess login credentials for their Association’s website, the app ensures a seamless transition by permitting access with the same email and password. New users can easily register by clicking the Register button and submitting the required information. An approval email will follow, containing a link to set up a password, enabling direct app access thereafter.
